S�CTION 1. WHEREAS a VP. P. A. project has been requested by the City
of :�enton for th� improvement of certain streets and alleys within the Gity
o� �ent�n a.nd it is necessary that the City, as sponsor of said project, bear
certain of the egpenses incidental thereto; and
1;JHEREAS it has been estima�ed that the City's share of said expenses will
be Twenty-five Hundred and nof100 (�2500.00j - - - - - - - - - - - -DOLLARS
SECTION 2. That there be and there hereby is appropriated, in addition
tfl the amount of the budget for the year 1937, the aum of �2500.00 out of
t:1e general fund for the purpose of p�ying the City's share as sponsor of
tlze '�`l. P. S. project for the itnprover�ent, by grading an� graveling, of
��rtain streets and alleys in the City of Renton, Washington.
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Renton does hereby declare
W_�;�t they have iound an emergency to exist.
SECTION 4. This Ordin,ance shall not be passed until one week after
ita introduction and it shall require the unanimous vote of the councilmen
present and the approval of the �dayor.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall become effective five days from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
