WHEREAS public neceasity and convenience demand that the above _

Bronson Way Bridge and the Eaet City Limits of the City of Renton is here-
by laid off, opensd, widened, strai�htened, eztended and establishad as a
gublic street and hi��ay over the follo�eing lots, bloeks and trac�s o�
land, to-wits

Section 2. That all lands, rights and privileges and other
property lying �rithin the limits oP the lots, blacka aad trac�,ks of lar�d
described in Section 1, hereoP, be and the same are hereby condemned,
appropr3ated, taken an�d damaged for the pt�rpoae uf a publie atreet and
hi�way, ssid landa, rights and pririle�es and other property are to b�
taken, damaged and appropriated only aPter just compsn�ation has besa
made or paid into �ourt for the ownere thereof in the manner provided by
law.
3ecticn 3. That the coats of acquiring the right-of-way
provided Por herein shall be paid for by special asaesament upon property
specially benefited in the manner provided by laW. gny psrt of the co�ts
of said improvement that is not fixtally assesaed against t he property

�nt, and in case of failure to so pttrchase an@ aequire, that the City
Attorney be and he is hereby directed to begin and prosecute the actions
snd paoceedin�s in the manner provided by larr to condemn, tak��, damage
and appropriate the lands and other property necessary to carry out the
pro�isions of this Ordinance.
Section 5. It ap pearing to the City Council that an emergenay
exists thia ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from
and after ita paesage and �pproval and legal publication.
