assessinents upon l�roperty in eaid district payable by the mode of "Payment hy Bonds."

Section 1: That

specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City Fngineer and ou file in the office of the City
Clerk. �
Section 2: That the cost and expense of said improvement, including all necessary and incidental
etpenses, shall be Uorne by and a,ssessed against the property included in the assessment district herein-
after created in accordance with law. The City of Renton shall not be liable in a.ny mauner Yor any ��oi•-
tion of the cost and expense of said iinprovement, eKcept as herein provided.

Section 3: That there is hereby estabiished a local improvement district to be called "Loca1 Im- �
