ATdD REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THER�;�ITH.
THE C ITY COUmCIL OF THE CITX OF REh�TOI�, WASHINGTOP7, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLI�O�S:
Section 1: That it shall be optional hereafter to use
an automa�io s�rir.kler or hold the hoae in th� hand.
Section 2: That it shall be unlaw�ul to lay a hose
an the ground and ��er�x;it the vrater t o t 1�v� therefr c1ct:.
Secticn 3: That a.11 ordinances or parts of oruinances
in dorlflict herewith wre hereby repealed.
Sectian �: That any peraon founci guilty of viol-atin�
this ordinance shall 'pe fined in any sum not exeeclin� �50.00 or
i��pri4�ned in the City Jail any period not exceedin�; fifteen

days , or by/such fine and in�prisonrnent.
Section 5: That this arciinance shall ae in full force
and effect five days froa� and after its passa�e , approval an�
leti�al publication as provicied by law.
