THE CITY COUNCIL DO ORDAIN ZiS FOLL01"IS:
Section 1: That the plat of Smithers Sixth Ad6 ition to
the City of. Renton, Vashington, be and the same is hereby
approved and accepted and the streets, avenues and alleys there-
on shown, to -wit, Smithers Street, Whitworth Street and Second
Avenue, be, and they are hereby declared to be public highways.
Section 11: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five days from and after its approval, passage and legal
publication as provided by lave.
Approved this 28th day of August,1923.
