Section 2: '1'hat the cost and expense of said impi°oveirient, includinn rzll necessary ancl incic�ental cY-

created �n �ccordance with 1�t�-. The City of Renton shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the

Section 3: '1' �t t�?re �s hereby established a loeal improvement district to be called "Local Iinprove-
ment District No.�_(�'____," tivhich eaic� district is described �as follows:

mate to such portion of said streets and avenues to a distance back from the mar�inal lines thereof, as pro-
