Section 2: That tlie cost and eapense of saicl improvement, inchidina all necess<zry anr� nicidental ez-
��enses, shall be borne by and assessed ag�ainst the property incluc�ed in the assessment district herein�ifter
created in aecordance with law. The City of Renton s hall not be ]iable in aily manner for any portion of the
cost �nd e�pense of said iulprovement, except as here in provided.

Section 3: Tha ther�� is I�ereby establishecl a local improvement district to be called "Local Improve-
znent District \�o. �_�_.____.," ��hich said district is described .as follows:
"All the property bet�veen the terinini o� saici improvement abuttin� upon, adjacent, vicinal or pro�i-
mate to such portion of said streets and avenues to � distance back from the marg�inal lines thereof, a.s pro-
�-ided by la�v."
Section 4: Bonds bearing interest at the rate of .__7____._ per cent. per aunum payable on or before

improvement, tivhich bonds sha�ll be redeemed by the collec�l�on of special assessinents to be levied and assesseci

o.f R�enton ma�r, at its election, sell said bonds and make such redemption in cash.
