of Renton. ��arrants bParinb interest at the rate of 8 per cent. per annum until paid, sh�ll be issued to
the contractor for the rec�emption of a�s n�any of the �varrants issued on the Local Improvement District Fund
on estin�iates of the City En�ineer, as may not� be redeeined in cash.
Section 5: '1''his ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) aays from and after its passage,
approval and legal publication.
