Section 2: T1�at the cast and expense of said improven�ent, including all necessary an� incidental ex-
penses, shall be barne by and assessed against the praperty included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in accordance with law. The City of Renton sha11 nat be liable iii any znannex for any partion af the
cost and expense of s�id improvement, except as herein provaded.

Section 3: That there is hereby established a locai improvement district ta be called "Local Improve- �
ment District Na. -�: ............" which said distriet is clescribed as follaws: I

Section 4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be ciefx�ayed by special assessments �
pa3-able by the mode af "Immec�iate Payment" as c�efined by law and the charter and ordiriances o� the City
of Renton. Warrants bParing interest at the r�,te af S per cent. per annuan untii paid, shall be Sssued to II
' the contractor for the rec�emption of as many o£ the warrants issued on the Local Ilnprovement D.istrict �znd
' on estimates af the City Engineer, as may noc be redeemed in .cash. �
