irn.�roveraent of streets ard alleys , c�r tYie placing or removirL� of any �
p�zblic utilities pipes,wires or other conveyors oz any kind,or
any public iraprovei.�ent whatsoever,dve care shall be used to cause
as little hindra.nce o�� obstruction to the operation of tr�e s aid

it s���ll becor�le necessary or convenient during the progress of svch
