BE IT ORDAINET) BY THY CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REENTON.
I : That it is the 4_rtention of the City Council to order the improvement of
That portionof Yesler Street bounded on the East by the West line of Rail-
road :Avenue and on the west by the west line of Grant Avenue, by grading
and graveling the same and doing such other work as may be necessary in
connection therewith, alljin accordance with plans to be prepared by the
City Engineer.
2 : That, all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified
to appear and present such objections ata meeting of the City Council to be
held in the Council Chamber in the City. hall in the City of Renton ,at 7 '30
O 'clock ?.'M. ,on the 10th day of F'ebrurary,I920,which time and place is
hereby fixed for hearing-, all matters relating to said proposed improvement,
and all objections thereto,and for determining the method of payment for
said improvement .
3 : That the City -hgineer shall , in the manner provided by law.submit to
the City Ciuncil,at or, prior to said date,al.1 data and information required
by law to be submitted.
4 : That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne and assessed
against the property liable therefor,as provided by law.
