"City") and Stonehenge II Limi�ed Partnership, a Washington limi:ted
partnership (fornnerly known as Southgate Office Plaza II Limited
Partnership, a Washing�on limi�ed partnership) (the "Ownex") .

main west frcdn Lind Avenue S.W alarig S.W. 19th Street to cannect with
Metro's trunk line at Oaksdale Ave. S.W.
NOW THEI�EF'ORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLI�C7WS:
� 1. Own�er agrees to participate in the cost of said sewer line.

� cost of installing an 8" sewer line along Owner's proper�y
