III. POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: �
A. There was discussion by the Commission as to the reason for the change in the job classification for
Evidence Technician. Eileen informed the Commission the Guild was not in favor of the change.
Chief Milosevich provided the Commission with the background of why the duty was an essential
function(perform duties of a Jailer) and clarification as to why the Chief would like the duty
eliminated as an essential function only. The Commission approved the change in the Evidence
Technician job classification
