Written exam is general- knowledge based with a required passing score of 75%to be considered by the City of Renton. The oral board consists of a set of structured general questions. There is a 70%passing score on the City's questions. The PST score is weighted at 30%, and the City's test is weighted at 70%, for a total of 100%. Veterans preference points, if applicable, are added to the final score.
