Lift Station be under the existing level of the subject property and that the
top of the Lift Station will be of concrete material and of such thickness and

And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair, service, and maintenance of
sewage pipe lines and any other public utilities and services.and other municipal purposes.
