,� WHEREAS a certain easement had heretofore been granted to the RENTON SCFi00L
��+ � DISTRICT N0. 403, King County, Washington by the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Renton,
� which easement has been duly recorded on September 21, 1962, King County �iuditor!s
Receiving No 5482 62�pertaining to the construction, improvement, repair and maintenance
of certain water lines and appurtenances thereto, and
I WHEREEIS the REN3'ON SCHOOL DISTRICT is desivus of assigning said easement unto
the City of Renton, a municipal corporation, inasmuch as said water lines have hereto-
. fore been conveyed and sold unto the CITY OF RENTON for maintenance, NOW THEREFORE
IN CC�N�IDERATION of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 403, King County, Washington, hereby assigns, sets over,
transfers, conveys and quit claims unto the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, all
of its right and interest in and to that certain easement hereinabove referred to, which
easement is mqre particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of the Northeast � of the No�thwest '� of Section
29, Township 23 North, R�nge 5 East, W.M. , King County, Washingtan,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northeast � of the
i Northwest �; thence North 88°12'38" East along the South line
of said Northeast 4 of the Northwest 4 87.77 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 88°12'38" East 250.OQ
feet; thence North 1°42'40" East 749.65 feet; thence North 88°17 '20"
West 1y1.67 feet to the Easterly line of the Benson Road (state road
No. SC) ; thence Southerly along said Easterly line on a curve to the
right with a radius of 1462.69 feet a distance of 487.42 feet; thence
continuing along said Easterly line on a curve to the left with a
radius of 447.68 feet, a distance of 285.95 feet to the true point
�f beginning, containing four acres more or less
The description of the Easement is as foZlows:
Beginning at a point located 4�1.70 feet North 1°42'40" East of the
Southeast corner of the property described in the foregoing; thence
continuing North 1°42'40" East Z0.10 feet; thence due West to the
Easterly line of the Benson Road ( State Road No. 5-C) ; thence
Southerly along said Easterly line on a curva to the right with a
radius of 1462.69 feet a distance of 10.20 feet; thence due East
to the point of beginning; all situate in King County, State of
Washington.

RESOLUTION N0. 481
WHEREAS Renton School District No. 403 has heretofore constructed a certain
Junior High School, known as the Fred Nelsen Junior High School, and in connection
therewith has caused to be installed a water line for which it was necessary to
obtain a 10 foot utility easement from the First Presbyterian Church of Renton,
described as follows:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 29, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., King County,
Washington, described as follows;
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter; thence North 88°12'38" East along the
South line of said I3ortheast quarter of the Northwest quarter
87.77 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continui�g North
�8°12'38" East 250.00 feet; thence North 1°42'40" 8ast 749.65 feet;
thence North 88°17'20" West 191.67 feet to the Easterly line of the
Benson Road (State Road No. 5-C); thence Southerly along said Easterly
line on a cuxve to the right with a radius of 1462.69 feet a distance
of 487.42 feet; thence continuing along said Easterly line on a curve
to the left with a radius of 447.68 feet, a distance of 285.95 feet to
the true point of beginning, containing four acres more or less
The description of the Easement is as follows:
Beginning at a point located 441.70 feet North 1°42'40" Tast �o�>
the Southeast corner of the property described in the foregoing;
thence continuing North 1°42'40'0 East 10.10 feet; thence due West to
, the Easterly Iine of the Benson Road (Szate Road No. 5-C); thence
southerly along said Easterly line on a curve to the right with a
radius of 1462.69 feet a distance of 10.20 feet; thence due East to
the point of beginning; all situate in King County, State of Washington;
WHEREAS the Renton School District has agreed to sell said water line to the
City of Renton,
NOW, THLREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the President and the Secretary of the
Board of Directors be authorized to sign an Assigrjment of said Easement to the
City of Renton.

I, R. R. Johnson, Secretary of the Board of Directors of xenton School
District No. 403, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors at a regular meeting on
Thursday, September 24, 1964.
