KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD
� PROPERTIES INC., County of King, State of Washington, the party of the first part,
� for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) lawful money
� of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the CITY OF RENTON, the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by
� these presents grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto the said party of the second
c� part, the following described personal property now located at S.W. 34th, S.W.
`�' 39th and Raymond Avenue S.W. , Burlington Nor Ind Pk, Renton 7I, in the City of
� Renton, County of King and State of Washington, to-wit:

Approximately 6,179 L.F. of 12" ductile iron pipe, 980 L.F.
of 10" ductile iron pipe, 17 each of Fire Hydrant Assemblies
and 36 each of Gate Valves and all appurtenances pertaining
to the water main system expressly warranting said water main
system against any expenses, costs or liens hereto included
thereon by, through or under seller herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever. And said party of the first part, for its
successors and assigns, agrees to and with the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, that said party of the first part is the owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell the
same, and that it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, against all and every person or
persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
IN WITNESS WHE EOF, the parties hereto h ve executed this agreement in
