distance of 12.5 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Northeasterly a distance
of 275.00 to a point 5 feet Westerly, measured perpendicularly, from the Westerly

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall
�-, have the right, without prioz� notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
