of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, '

Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, thrnugh, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington , more particularly

A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:
Tract 320, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division #5,
according to the Plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 83, reco�ds of King
' County, Washington, and portion Pacific Coast Right-of-Way adjoining on the West;
LESS State Nighway #2-A; LESS South 90 feet thereof, lying Easterly of F.A.I . 405
(Secondary State Highway No. 2A) . i
The centerline of said Easement being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the projected centerl ine intersection of N.E. 14th Street and
Jones Avenue N.E. ; thence North 0°33'45" East along the centerline of Jones Avenue
N.E. a distance of 103.34 feet; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 30 feet
to the Westerly margin of Jones Avenue N.E. , the true point of beginning of said
centerline; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 85.78 feet; thence North
7°33'15" West a distance of 340.00 feet; thence North 0°53'30" West a distance of
212.60 feet; thence North 5°12'30" West a distance of 463 feet, more or less, to
the terminating point of this centerline; said terminating point being 115 feet �
Northerly of the South line of Tract 322, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of
Eden Division #5, and 185.67 feet West of the Westerly margin of Jones Avenue N.E. I
Together with a ter��orary construction easement c+escribed as :
30 feet in width, 15 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction 'i
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than
