A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:
The North one-third of Tract 319, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of
Eden Division #5, according to the Plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats , page 83,
records of King County, Wasfiington, lying Easterly of F.A.I . 405 (Secondary State
Highway No. 2A) .
� The centerline of said easement being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the projected centerline intersection of N .E. 14th Street and
Jones Avenue N.E. ; thence North 0°33'45" East along the centerline of Jones Avenue
N.E. a distance of 103.34 fee t; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 30 feet
to the Westerly margin of Jones Avenue N.E. , the true point of beginning of said
centerline; thence North 89°18'45" West a distance of 85.78 feet; thence North
7°33' 15" West a distance of 340.00 feet; thence� North 0°53'30" West a distance of
212.60 feet; thence North 5°12'30" West a distance of 463 feet, more or less, to
the terminating point of this centerline; said terminating point being 115 feet
Northerly of the South line of Tract 322, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden
of Eden Division #5, and 185.67 feet West of the Westerly margin of Jones Avenue N .E. ;
Together with a temporary construction easemerit described as :
30 feet in width, 15 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
