one-half and the South 5 feet of the North one-half of Tract 288, C. D. Hillman:�s
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division #4 according to the Plat recorded in
Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King County, Washington.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as: I
30 feet in width over the Westerly 30 feet of the above described property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
, operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than
