Grantor shall have k�is side sewer stub in said sewer easement
line located at his direction at time of construction.
Toaether with a temporary construction easement described as :
The West 30 feet of said Lot 3.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during
construction and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances I
have been accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee
but not later than �
