W.M. ; thence East 415. 25 feet; thence N 28°41 ' 38" E 104.19 feet; thence
N 61°18 ' 22" W 125 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 28°
41 ' 38" E 10 feet to the NEly terminus of sd. easement.

A strip of land 30 feet in width lying 10 feet NWly and 20 feet .
