poration of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , far and in consideration of the sum of $

do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto
the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for public
utilities (including water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over,

' The North 10 feet of West 177 feet of Tract 99, C.D. Hillman's Lake
Washington Garden of Eden Addition to Seattle No. 2 as recorded in Vol-
ume 11 of Plats, Page 64 , Records of King County, Washington.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during
construction and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances
have been accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but
not later than
