. � A permanent easement, 5 feet in width, the centerline of which
� is described as follows:
Beginning at fihe most easterly corner of Cedar River Park, on
the westerty right-of-way line of P.S.H. No. 5, said point being
Monument No. t as described in Condem�ation Court Order No. 440308,
• dated April 17, 1952� King County records; the�ce northwesterty a '
, distance of 15 feet along a tine bearing South 41°09�30�� East to the

� Thence westerty 274.3 feet on a bearin� of South 52°37�30�� West;
thence 450.55 feet on a bearing of South 87 35'30�+ West; thence

on a bearin� of North 83°�3'30" West; thence 496.3 feet on a bearing
of North 78 03�30�i West, to the end of the easement.
Also, a tateral from the above described easement, 5 feet in

subject to existing sewer easement heretofore granted to Munici-
pality of Metropolitan Seattte, Dated May 22, 1962.
giving and granting to said Company such access rights as may be necessary for
the installation, operation and maintenance of suchpipeline or lines; and, by
the acceptance of this easement, Washington Natural Gas Company agrees to in-
sta11, operate and maintain such pipeline or lines with the teast possible
inconvenience to the Grantor, and agrees to hotd the Grantor harmless from any
toss, cost or damage resulting from the instatiation, operation or maintenance _
of such pipeline or lines. Grantor agrees not to erect any permanent structures
on said easement.
Grantee agrees to relocate, at its own expense, such utility tines if the
easement area is needed for streets or other pub]ic purposes.
