referred to as 'TParty of the first partT' for and in consideration of ONE
DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which iR _hereby
aclmowledged, do hereby grant, release and convey unto the CITY OF RENTON,
a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, as 'TParty of the second

� A utility easement 10 feet in width over the North 10 feet of �Lot 4,
� Block 14, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division� No. 1,
according to the Plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats , page 63 , records of
p King County, Washington.

"� The City of Renton holds the owners of Lots 4 & 5 , Block 14, C. D,
Hillman's Lake Washi.ngton Garden of Eden Division No. 1 responsible for
maintenance of the common side sewer from the trunk sewer to the respective
house connections .

And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of c.onstruction,
repair, service, and maintenance of sewage pipe lines and any other public
utilities and services .
