All that portion of the following described property lying between the southerly
margin of Northeast 27th Street and the following described line:
BEGINNING at the intersection' of rthe centertines of Northeast Kennewick Pl . with
the north line of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ; thence South
23° 5l ' 31" East along the centerline of said Kennewick Pl . Northeast a distance of
57. 16 feet to the point of a curve to the left, radius 150.00 feet; thence southeast-
erly along the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 148. 13 feet to the point
of tangency of said curve with�•the centerl�ine" of • Northeast 27th Street; thence
south 9° 33' 25" west a distance of 30 feet to the true point of beginning of said
line; thence continuing south 9° 33' 25" west a distance of 5 feet; thence south-
easterly a distance of 84.71' to a poi.nt 45 feet southerly, measured perpendicularly,
from a point on the centerline of Northeast 27th which lies South 80° 26' 35" East
