D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4 according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Cotmty, Washington; thence West 65'�feet; .thence North 6° 36' 00" East to the northerly line; thence southeasterly along the northerly line to point North 7° 07' 00" East of the beginning; thence South 7° 07' 00" West to beginning.
