of King Cotmty, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
4VITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $�� �`-�'�
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant tuito the said
�rantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Coimty, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The Northerly 20 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Southerly margin of
Northeast 27th Street, of the westerly 35 feet, measured perpendicularly to the
Westerly line, of the following described property:
BEGINNING at a point 307 feet west of S.E. corner of Tract 258, C. D. Hillman's
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4 according to the plat recorded in Volume
11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Cotmty, Washington; thence West 65'�feet; .thence
North 6° 36' 00" East to the northerly line; thence southeasterly along the northerly
line to point North 7° 07' 00" East of the beginning; thence South 7° 07' 00" West to
beginning.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction _
and imtil such time as tlie street improvement h�s been accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
' may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
maintainin re airin alterin or reconstructing said

utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obligations or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
r- disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as+ they were
