That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ �. �
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant tuito the said
�rantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement} with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Cotmty, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The Northerly 25 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Southerly margin of
, Northeast 27th Street, of the easterly 80 feet, measured perpendicularly to the
easterly line, of the following described property:
BEGINNING at a point 207 feet West of the Southeast corner of Tract 258,
C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4, according to the
plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Cotimty, Washington;
thence West 100 feet; thence North 7° 07' 00" East to the Northerly line of Tract;
thence Southeasterly along line to point North 8° 08' 00" East of Begi�lning; thence
South 8° 08' 00" West to the beginning.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and i.mtil such time as t}ie street improvement has bee acce ted for operation and y
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
� obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, main-
� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
r�'' disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy,.the: aforedescribed premises, .
including the right to re tain the right to use` the surface of said right;of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall �aot �erect}buildi,ngs,or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the �exis`tence�of-�sucl�' utility. .
This easement, shall be a covenant�•�running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors;�'fiei'rs�•and-•ass.igns'.. Grantors covenant that
they are the 1 awful owners of the �above::�p.roperties and that they have a good and
lawful � t to execute this agreement. �
