hereinafter called "Grantor(s)", and the CITY OF RENTON, a M�icipal Corporation
of King Coimty, tt'ashington, hereinafter called "Grantee".

That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ f��

do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant tmto the said
�rantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Cotmty, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The Southerly 25 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Southerly line, of the
following described property:
The East 70 feet of Tract 281, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden
Division No. 4 according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records
of King Cowity, Washington. ,
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and tmtil such time as t}ie street improver�nt t bee accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

- Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
. have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
- utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
� obligations or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main- �
� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
f� disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition �s they were
`n immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
