hereinafter called "Grantor(s)", and the CITY OF RENTON, a MLmicipal Corporation
of King Coi.mty, bUashington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
4VITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ `��)

do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warran't tmto the said
�rantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement} with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Coimty, Washington, more particulasly
described as follows :
The Northerly 23 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Southerly margin of
Northeast 27th Street, of the Westerly 85 feet measured perpendicularly to the
Westerly line, of the following described property: I
The East 55 feet of Tracts 278, 279 � 280 and portion of Tract 258, C. D. Hillman's
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4 according to the plat recorded in Volume
11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Cotmty, Washington; LESS West 197.25 feet of South
37.5 feet; LESS portion Easterly of line rLmning North 7° 10' 00" East from point 472
feet West of Southeast corner of said Tract.

Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and Lmtil such time as tlie street improvement h bee accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than � �

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described pmperty for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
. utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
._. obligations or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main-
� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
--- right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
j�� disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition �s they were
`� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. �
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, -.
