The Westerly 15 feet in width, measured perpendicularly to the
easterly margin of State Highway SR 181, of the following described property:

All that portion of Government Lot 7 in the southwest one-quarter of
Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows:
BEGINNING on the easterly margin of West VAlley County Road (SS Highway
No. 5-M) at a point 601.10 feet north of a southerly line of said Section 25;
thence southwesterly along said road margin a distance of 60 feet; thence south-
easterly at right angles to said road margin a distance of 67 feet; thence north-
easterly a distance of 123 feet to a point 88 feet east of the point of beginning;
thence west 88 feet to the point of beginning; LESS State Highway.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as :
- The southerly 30 feet of the above described property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and unt�l such time as the utilities and appurtenances have b en accepted for the
