under Ordinance No._1Q�p.................. and levying and assessing the atnounts thereof against the several lots,
tracts, parcels of land and other property as shown on said roli, and establishing a Local Improvenlent Fund,
a.nd fixing a date for the issuance of bonds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO`VS:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No ..._188

and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Renton, by eonerete C13r�JS
and necessary draina�e facil3ties
� under Ordinance No. _....._..lOOQ..__..__., as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all tl�ings ap-
proced and confirmed. �
Section. 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other progerty shown upon said roll is
hereby declared to.be speciaily benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and
other property appearing upon such roll the amount finally charged, against the sarue thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created and established a special�

fund to be called "Local Improveiiient Fund, District No. ._._..1$8_.____..._.
