RESOLUTION N0. 598 _
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the izriprovement of
� � side oP Renton Avenue from the Ivorth line of Tract #2, west
of Plat ;tl, Renton Co-Operative Coal Company's �'�cre Tr�cts ,
thence South to Seattle Pipe Line Right of 4Yay.
(Insert streets or portions thereof to be improved) by (specifying nature of improvement)
6" Sanitary Sewer
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, all in 4ccordance with plans prepared by
the Crty Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Councit to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to ssid proposed i.nprovement, and all objections thei•eto, and for

date, all dwta and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement s;�all be borne by and assessed ao�inst the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
