The Southerly 15 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Northerly right-of-
way margin of Southwest 43rd Street and the Easterly right-of-way line of State
Highway No. SR181 over the following described property:
All that portion of Government Lot No. 2 in the Northwest one-quarter of
Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows:
BEGINNING 30 feet North and 1275.75 feet West of the Northeast corner of
the Henry Adams Donation Claim; thence North 120 feet; thence West 60 feet; thence
South 120 feet; thence East 60 feet to the point of beginning; LESS State Highway.

Together with a temporary construction easement described as : �

Said temporary construction easement sha11 remain in force during construction
