of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .

Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :

The Westerly 15 feet in width and 25 feet in width, measured perpendicularly
to the easterly margin of State Highway No. SR 181 of the following described
property: ,
All that portion of Government Lot 2 in the Northwest one-quarter of Section
36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows: . ��
BEGINNING at the intersection of the east. line of the West Valtey Road and a
line 480 feet north of and parallel with the north line of Henry Adams Donation
claim; thence southerly along the east line of said road 200 feet; thence South
88° 21 ' 00" East 150 feet; thence Northerly parallel with said road to said 480 foot
line; thence North 88° 21 ' 00" West along said line to the point of beginning: LESS
State Highway.
Said utility easement being described as fotlows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northerty line of the above described
property with the Easterly margin of State Highway No. SR 181 ; thence Easterly along
the northerly line to an intersection with a line drawn 25 feet Easterly of and
parallel with the easterly margin of said State Highway; thence Southerly parallel
to said Easterlymargin a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the Southerly line
of the above described property; thence Westerly along said Southerly line a distance
of 15 feet, more or less , to the Easterly mafgin of said State Highway No. SR 181 ;
thence Northerly along the Easterly margin of said Highway a distance of 173 feet,
more or less , to a point opposite the State Highway Station No. 219 + 50; thence
Westerly, perpendicularly to the centerline of said State Highway, a distance of
10 feet; then ce Northerly, along the Easterly marain of said State Highway a
