A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly margin of Hillman's Boulevard il
"104th Avenue Southeast", as shown on the plat of Hillma�'s Lake Washington Garden
of Eden Addition to the City of Seattle, No. l, according to the plat recorded in
Volume 11 of Plats, page 63, in King County,. Washington, prolongated Southerly with �
the North line of said section 5; thence West�along said North line 25 feet to the '
true point of beginning of this description; thence West 96.30 feet; thence South
at right angles to the North line of said Section 5 to�the centerline of a stream,
said centerline being the North line of a tract of land�conveyed to James L. '
Markenakos and Georgia Marenakos, his wife, by deed recorded under Auditor's File
No. 5109221; thence Easterly along said centerline to a point South of the true
point of beginning, as measured at right angles to the North lzne of said Section I
5; thence North to the true point of beginning, except the North 20 feet thereof.
That portion of Government lot l, and of the northeast one-quarter of the
Northwest one-quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. in King
County, Washington.

The said permanent sewer utility easement shall expire six years from
date unless a sewer has been constructed in accordance with the plans
for the sanitary sewer Local Improvement District No. 26�"of the City
of Renton a IKunicipal Corporation of King County, Washington. If the i
sewer line is ever abandoned or discontinued, the easement herein will
cease and terminate.
It is understood and agreed by the Grantee that the Grantor can construct
a road over or across any part of the easement and it shall not be
� considered to be an interference with the sewer line.
� Grantee warrants and covenants as follows: ,

A. The legal description of the location of the utilities correctly
describes the future location of the easement and in accordance
with plans drawn and shown to the Grantor.
B. That the area involved has been surveyed by a licensed surveyor
and the survey shows that the maps and drawings prepared, in
connection with the said sewer Local Improvement District No. 26�$
project, agree with the physical facts and legal descriptions
herein.
Said temporary construction easement shall be extinguished by Ordinance
passed by the i��ton City Council and filed for record at such time as
the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the operation and
maintenance by the Grantee or not later than December 31, 197� whichever
shall first occur. %�7� �1., �_y�-y ,
In the event that the Grantor ever has to go to court to enforce any of
the provisions herein and the Grantor prevails in such action, the Grantee
will pay reasonable attorney fees as determined by the court. i
