That portion of the northeast c{uarter of the northwest quarter of Section 5,
I Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington described as
follows: '
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly margin of Hillman's Boulevard
"104th Avenue Southeast", as shown on the plat of Hillman's Lake Washington Garden '
of Eden Addition to the City of Seattle No. 1, according to the plat recorded in
volume 11 of plats, page 63, in King County, Washington, prolongated southerly
with the north line of said section 5; thence east along said north line 169 feet
to the true point of beginning of this description; thence east along said north line
70 feet; thence south at right angles to the north line of said section 5 to the
center line of the streamssaid center Iine being the south line of a tract of land
conveyed to Walter A. Mathis and Vivian Mathis, his wife, by deed recorded under.
auSitor's file No. 4059348; thence westerly along said center line to a point south
of the true point of beginning, as measure d at right angles to the north line of
s aid section 5; then ce north to the true point of beginning.
