WITNESSETH:

do_ by these presents, grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
A temporary constructi on easement des cri bed as fol l ows:
The Easterly 15 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Easterly line
of the following described,property:
The North 271.25 feet of the South601 .10 feet of government Lot 7 in
Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East; W.M. , lying between the Pu et Sound
Electri c Rail road ri ght-of-way and the County Road (West Val ley Hi ghway�;
LESS Beginning at the Northwest corner of said described tract; thence
Southwesterly along the Easterly margin of said road a distance of 60 feet;
thence Southeasterly at ri ght angles to sai d road margin a distance of 67 feet;
thence Northeasterly a distance of 123 feet to a point 88 feet from the point of
beginning; thence West 88 feet to the point of beginning;
LESS the East 15 feet; LESS State Highway.

Said temporary cons•truction easement shall remain in force duri_ng construction
and until such time as the utilities and appu.rtenances have been aceepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than �����o,,��

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
� of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
. uti 1 i ty, or maki ng any connecti ons therewi th, wi thout i ncurri:ng any 1 egal
� -._ obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such cons tructi on, main-
� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
- ..0 accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
0 disturbed or damaged, �hey will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property�was' entered upon by the Grantee.

� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, �
. including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
� if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
- line. However, the grantor shall not-erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shail be bind-
� ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawful right to execute this agreement.
