All of the sewer line on said easement shall be of cast ixon construction.
Grantor reserves the right to cross or parallel over said sewer line with
railroad siding at no additional cost at time of crossing.

- may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
� � utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurri.ng any legal
cp obligations or liability �herefore, provided, that such construction, main-
� � taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
• -- � accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
, 0 right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� 0 disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises ,
. including the right to retain the right to use the surface of s�aid right-of-way
, if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
� line . However, the grantor shall not•erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the -land and shail be bind-
� ing on the Grantor, his successors , hei•rs •and:assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful o�ners of the above �properties and that they have a good and
lawful right to exec this agreement.
