The Grantor, as the owner of an easement acquired from Roundup Company, an Oregon Corporation dated on
September 25, 1995 , recorded under King County Recording Number 9510090749 of King County, State of
Washington, over real property described below:
The CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under a portion of the above
referenced utilities easement, said portion being described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" for Legal Description and Exhibit "B" for map of partial release
All situate in the Southwest quarter and in the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5
East, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
But this release shall not impair the utilities easement rights acquired and recorded under King County
Recording No. 9510090749 as to the utilities easement not hereby released. Except as explicitly released by
this document, the remaining City Easement rights shall remain in full force and effect.
The CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under above described easement.
