plats, page 63, records of King County Washington, with the south line
of the 100 ft. abandoned Pacific Coast Railway right-of-way; thence
N. 69°59'48" E. a distance of 213 ft.; thence N. 20°00'12" W. a
distance of 25 ft. to the true point of beginning of the centerline
of said utility easement thence N. 20°00'12" W. a distance of 173.54 ft.;
thence N. 0°55'51" E. a distance of 208.65 ft. to a point on the north
line of said Block 56 which point lies 370 ft. easterly of the NW corner
of Block 56 as measured along the north line thereof, said point being
the terminus of the centerline of the utility easement herein described.
As situated within the SE 1/4 of Section 32 Twp. 24 North Range 5 E.
