� That said Grantors , for valuable consideration, do by these
presents , grant , bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee ,
its successors and assigns , a U��.lity���asement for the installation ,
repair, replacement, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer
main line and appurtenances within Sanitary Sewer Local Improvement
District No. 270 through, over and across the following described
property situated in King County , Washington, to-wit:
The south 10 feet of Lot 69 , all of Lots 70 to 72 , I
Block A, C. D.' Hillman' s Lake Wa�ington Garden of
Eden Division #l , according to the plat recorded in �,
Volume 11 of plats , page 63 , records of King County ,
Washington :
TOGETHER WITH 2nd Class Shorelands adjoining
Said easement being 5 feet Easterly and 10 feet Westerly i
of the following described line :
Beginning at the Section corner common to Sections 31 , ,
and 32 , Township 24 North, Range 5 East , W.M. , and
Sections 5 and 6 , Township 23 North , Range 5 East , W.M. ; I
thence South 14°22 ' 16" East a distance of 391. 19 feet;

Together with a temporary construction easement described
as 60 feet in width , 20 feet Easterly and 40 feet Westerly

Said heretofore mentioned grantee , its successors br assigns ,
shall have the rigYit, without prior notice or proceeding at law , at
such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described I
property for the purpose of constructing , maintaining, repairing,
� altering or reconstructing said utility, or making any connections
therewith, and such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering
or reconstruction of such utility shall be accomplished in such a
N manner that the private improvements existing in the right-of-way
� shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed
U or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� � immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

� The Grantors shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed
Npremises , including the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
(� if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance
of the utility line. In that connection a structure may be
constructed crossing�-the easement area, provided that no piling and/or
any other �upports shall be driven and/or placed within five (5 )
feet of the centerline of said sewer line. The exact centerline
will be furnished by the City of Renton to the Grantors upon request.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and
shall be binding on the Grantors , their �u�eessors , heirs and assigns .
