N � The Grantors shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed Npremises , including the right to use the surface of said right-of-way (� if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility line. In that connection a structure may be constructed crossing�-the easement area, provided that no piling and/or any other �upports shall be driven and/or placed within five (5 ) feet of the centerline of said sewer line. The exact centerline will be furnished by the City of Renton to the Grantors upon request.
