Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns , shall have
the ri ght, wi thout pri or noti ce or proceedi ng at 1 aw, at s uch ti mes as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of con-
structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or
� making any connections therewith, and such construction, maintaining, repairing,
C�,; al teri ng or reconstructi on of s uch uti 1 i ty shal l be accompl i shed i n such a manner
� that the private improvements existing in the right right(s)-of-way shall not be
��j disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will ,
� be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
� was entered upon by the Grantee. ;
� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises , including
the ri ght to retai n the ri ght to use the surface of s ai d ri ght-of-way i f s uch use �does
not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility line. No piling
sha1T be driven within 5 feet of centerline of said sewer line. Exact location of
centerline sha11 be furnished by the Ci ty of Renton to Grantor upon request.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the 1 awful owners of the above properti es and that they have a good and
lawf ight to execute this agreement.
