Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts s uccessors or assi gns , shal l have
the ri ght, wi thout pri or noti ce or proceedi ng at 1 aw, at s uch ti mes as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of con-
structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or
maki ng any connecti ons therewi th, and s uch constructi on, mai ntai ni ng, repai ri n g,
altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be accomplished in such a manner
� that the private improvements existing in the right right(s)-of-way shall not be
disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will
be replaced in as good a condition as they were imrnediately before the property
was entered upon by the Grantee.
CV The Grantor sha11 fu11y use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises , including
Cthe ri ght to retain the ri ght to use the surface of sai d ri ght-of-way i f such use
�, does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility line. No
C� piling shall be driven within 5 feet of centerline of said sewer line. Exact
�� location of centerline shall be furnished by the City of Renton to Grantor upon

This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and sha11 be binding
. on the Grantor, hi s successors , hei rs and assi gns. Grantors covenant that they are
the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful right
to execute this agreement.
