The Northeasterly 5 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Northeasterly line,
of Lot 38, Block 5, Tiffany Park, according to the plat recorded in Volume 72 of
plats, pages 7 to 9, records of King County, Washington.

if such use dpes nat interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantar sha11 not erect buildings or structures over, under
or acrass the right-of-way during the existence of such utiTity.
� This easement, shall be a c.avenant running with the land and sha31 be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successo�rs�; heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they ar� th� lawful owners of the abave properties and that they have a good and
