November 4, 2008
4:00 p.m.—City Hall — 7th floor Conferencing Center
I. CALL TO ORDER
Tim Searing, Chair, called the November meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
In Attendance

II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Larry Reymann and seconded by Michael O'Donin to
approve the agenda as presented. All were in favor, motion carried, the
November 2008 agenda was approved.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
AI Dieckman made a motion seconded by Michael O'Donin to approve #he
October 2008 minutes as written. All were in favor, motion carried, October
2008 minutes approved.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Ron Regis made a motion seconded by Larry Reymann to adjourn the
November meeting to proceed with the workshop. All were in favor, motion
carried meeting adjourned.
