The Easterly 15 feet, measured perpendicularly to the Easterly line of
that portion of the following described property lying northerly of the existing
private road, said property being described as follows:
The North 321 .9 feet of the South 923 feet of Government Lot 7 in Section
25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East; W.M. , lying between the Puget Sound Electric
Co. Railroad right-of-way and the County Road (West Valley Highway) .
LESS private road; LESS State Highway.
Together with a temporary constructi.on easement described as : ,
The Easterly 15 feet of the above described property lying South of the existing
private road and the Westerly 15 feet of the Easterly 30 feet of said property lying
North of the road.

and until suc� time as the uti�lities and appurtenances_ have be.en accepted for the �
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than ��� �

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
� may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
' utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurri:ng any legal j
' obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
� � `� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� riaht(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed o'r damaged, or in the event they are
Odisturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the afaredescribed premises ,

if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
. line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or. structures over, under
• or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.

� This easement, sh�all be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they Mave a good and
lawful r'ght to execute this agreement.
