as follows :
LEGAL DE5CRIPTION (for waterline easement)
A fifteen foot strip of land the centerline of which is as
follows :
Commencing in a point on the 5outh line of Section 18, Township 23
North, Range 6 East, W.M. , King County Washington, from which
the South Quarter corner of Section 18 bears South 89°17 ' 37" West
706. 25 ' and proceeding;

Thence, North 0°42 ' 23" West 30. 00 to the true point of beginning �
and proce�eding;
Thence, North 13°12 ' 37" East 194. 3,6 'more or less and terminus
of said line. , '
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:

Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as the roadway, utilities an d appurtenances have been -
accepted for the ope ration and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

Sai� heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns, shal l
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or recanstructing said
utility, or making any ct�nnections therewith, without incurring any legai
abligations or liability the refore, pravided, that such canstruction, main-
N taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction af sueh utility s�a11 be
t'�.l accamp] ished in such a manner that the private improvements exist�ng in the right
� right�s�-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� disturbed or damaged, they will be rep]aced in as good a condition as they were
N� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
� The Grantor shali fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, �
t`-- i ncl udi ng the ri ght to retai n the ri ght to use the surface of sa�d ri ght-of-way
if such use does nat interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shai] not erect buildings or structures over, und�r
or acrass the right-of-way durfng the existence af such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above praperties and that they have a good and
