in King County, Washington,
Together with the south 40.00 feet af the north 84.00 feet
of the easterly 10.00 feet of the described parcel: ,
The west 217.5 feet of the north half of the northeast quarter
of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter in Section 4, '
Township 23 North� Range 5 East W.M. except the north 127� thereof
situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Said temporary construction easement sha11 remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
� may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
t� of constructing, maintaining, repairing , altering or reconstructing said
� utility, or making any connectians therewith , without incurring any lega7
� obl igations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, pravi ded, that such constructian, main-

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the afaredescribed premises,
i nci udi ng the ri ght to retai n the ri ght to use the surfac� of sai d ri ght-of-way
i f such use daes not i nterfere wi th i ns tal l ation and main:tenance of the uti l i ty
line. However, the grantor sha11 not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, sha11 be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, nis successars , hei rs and assigns. Grantars covenant that
they are the Tawful owners of the abave properties and that they have a �good and
lawful right to execute this aareement.
